Transport to Cape Town

To my horror I see that it is 2 months since an update. Here goes.

This year we decided not to use Sonop and his company to transport the nuts to Cape Town. Instead we bought a new trailer and did the job ourselves.

It has been time consuming and a lot of travelling. Each time it is 900km from the farm to Cape Town, and the same back.

We love taking "the scenic less travelled" route home. This picture is on the Rooiberg Pass between Van Wyk'sdorp and Oudtshoorn. Well worth the drive.
